Change is constant, but how we respond to it makes all the difference. In this interactive two-hour workshop, you’ll discover practical tools to manage stress, adapt positively and build habits that strengthen your resilience every day.
Through real-world insights from my sporting and IT Sales careers, group discussions and simple exercises, you’ll leave with greater confidence to navigate uncertainty, both at work and beyond.
